An American tourist alleged that a scuba diving instructor groped her during a lesson. Rasha Mediene, 31, is a social media influencer from Los Angeles who shared her world travels and adventures. The scuba incident happened in Egypt. After the incident, she went on social media to send out a warning. Mediene spoke with Inside Edition's Alison Hall.
